For Dionne E. Webster-Cox, the practice of law is rooted in advocacy, accountability, and a commitment to protecting the rights of those too often overlooked. As the founder of Webster Law Office, PLLC, she has built a practice centered on supporting individuals navigating systems that do not always serve them equally.

A graduate of Cass Technical High School, Class of 1987, Webster-Cox was a member of the school’s tennis team during her time there. She went on to earn her degree from University of Michigan in 1991, concentrating on communication. While working full-time at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, she made the decision to pursue law, enrolling in Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s weekend program and earning her law degree in 2006.

In 2007, she established Webster Law Office, PLLC. Her early practice included criminal defense, probate, and personal injury, before evolving into a focused commitment to civil rights litigation. Through this work, she challenges practices that disproportionately impact communities whose rights may otherwise be overlooked, with an emphasis on both accountability and long-term impact.

Her time at Cass Tech placed her within a tradition of excellence and discipline that continues to inform her work today, shaping a career grounded in purpose and service. Supporting the Cass Tech Harp & Vocal Centennial reflects that same commitment to community, legacy, and opportunity.
